100-day Challenge 1-month Check In!

We shared three ways to reset our vibration and refocus our intentions.  Below are the three techniques which were practiced during our meeting:

  1. Automatic Writing Meditation:  This process takes about 42 minutes.  The first 20 minutes are a guided meditation to bring you to a relaxed state.  Have your journal and pen on your lap, ready to write.  Around minute 20, you will begin to write stream of conciousness, without stopping, for 21 minutes.  Then Lillian Eden will bring you back to full awareness.  This is a wonderful exercise to release all subconscious thoughts and cleanse your mind for manifestation.

  2. Focus Wheel:  This is an Abraham Hicks method for focusing on positive thoughts and restating your vision.  Click this link for a blank focus wheel that you can use over and over again:  Focus Wheel

  1. Change your day, write your day:If you experience a day that could have gone better, take out your journal before bedtime and rewrite your day.  It’s as simple as that.  Write down exactly how you would have liked your day to have gone.So instead of: Everything was going good this morning until I got stuck in traffic!  I shouldn’t have gone that route, what a stupid thing to do.  Work was ok, I wish I had gotten one more case finished though.  I’ll be behind tomorrow now, oh well.  Watched a good movie tonight, the kids went off to sleep ok.  Mike drove me insane though, why does he have to have an opinion on every part of the movie, he really bugs me sometimes.

Write this: I got to work on time this morning which was great, I always take the right route, the traffic was so light.  Work was really productive, I managed to get an extra case done today so that means I can get off work early tomorrow!  I had great fun with Mike and the kids tonight, we played monopoly and had such fun, I won of course!  Mike and I finished the night off with a lovely glass of wine and a great movie.  I had a lovely day.

The idea behind this exercise is to try and keep your positive energy flowing, even if you’ve had a challenging day. Eventually you will find that the more you practice the LOA, the more infrequent those challenging days become.
