At this meeting we shared a positive affirmation meditation and then discussed what we’ve manifested since the last formal meeting. Several participants were experiencing challenging situations and we decided to conduct a healing meditation and shift the tone of the meeting. We had three new participants and we ended feeling more energized and positive about the changes awaiting all of us.
